Repair & care
ANY MORE QUESTIONS?
By repairing damaged garments, the product life cycle is extended. If products can be worn for longer, fewer new products need to be purchased. This avoids waste and protects the environment. In addition, we often associate special memories and personal successes with our favourite items that we wear during sport. Repairing minor damage, in particular, is not a major problem. The decision to repair clothing goes beyond restoring functionality and is dedicated to preserving character and individuality. Instead of focusing solely on the external appearance, we appreciate the patina that is created by traces of use. Appropriate care and repairs not only extend the life of the clothing, but also make a sustainable contribution to environmental protection. This approach aims to preserve not only the functionality but also the unique characteristics of each garment.
Unattractive tangled fibres, also called pilling, can be caused by friction on the surface of the material, from a backpack, for example, (mostly older models). You can usually remove these tiny lint balls quite easily yourself with a pill/lint shaver.
Repair costs vary depending on the amount of work and the material. A repair can cost between €5 and €50. As repairs vary so much, we cannot give you a fixed price list here. Please get in touch and we will be able to advise you of the exact cost.
You can either contact us by filling in the form on this page, or by telephone at (+43) 6463 8171. We will then inform you of the costs and the estimated time needed to carry out the repair.
Once the damaged item arrives at our headquarters, you can expect the repair to take around 2 weeks. Again, this depends on the damage and the material. In any event, we’ll inform you of the estimated time after you contact us.
If the item you send us is beyond repair, which, by the way, is very rare, we will consult you. We will either return the item to you or find a solution together. We donate items, which are still fully functional but no longer visually perfect, to charitable organisations.
