As an outdoor company and together with our community, we have a special responsibility to protect what we all love: nature and the outdoors that give us so much. At Martini Sportswear, we truly take this responsibility to heart. Thinking, growing and, above all, acting sustainably are integral to our brand.

OUR-Product

Let’s be honest, the global production of textiles has a negative impact on our environment. By using renewable raw materials, modern production facilities and by minimising pollutants, we are seeking to make a contribution to the reduction of this impact.

Renewable raw materials

Renewable and climate-friendly raw materials are essential for a more sustainable textile industry. We are doing our bit with products made from TENCEL© (wood fibre) and SeaCell© (seaweed fibre).

PFC free

Our collection is manufactured without the use of PFCs (perfluorinated and polyfluorinated chemicals). We rely on sustainable, pollutant-free alternatives. 98.8% of our collection is made without PFCs.

Oeko-Tex® 100

Our entire product range has been Oeko-Tex® Standard 100 certified since the Winter 24/25 collection. This is the mark of textiles that do not pose any risk to health.

Recycling

Currently, over 70% of all models are made from recycled material. We have set ourselves the target of increasing this proportion to 100% by 2033.

European materials

We try to source as many fabrics as possible from Europe, which means shorter supply chains and a smaller carbon footprint.

Easy-care & durable

Our products are made for the outdoors and must function perfectly even under extreme conditions in nature.

Sporting achievements, Mother Nature, our commitment, our fellow human beings – we treat everything with the respect it deserves. Because we believe it’s the right thing to do!

We manufacture in Europe

It is our policy that everything that can be produced in Europe should always be produced in Europe. That’s why 98% of Martini’s production is in Europe.

Regular audits

We maintain a close collaboration with our suppliers and can thus ensure that their environmental, labour and social standards correspond to our values and requirements and that they are adhered to.

Production facilities

We only work with partners that we know and who produce according to our values. Our partners’ production facilities meet the highest standards in terms of modernity and human rights.

COMPANY

The responsibility we bear as a company for a future worth living does not end with the production of ecologically compatible sports fashion. We go one step further and want to actively give something back to nature.

Shipping

We ship our products via reduced-volume cardboard bags and use recyclable polybags.

Repairing instead of discarding

If a garment can be repaired, we’ll repair it in our in-house sewing workshop in Annaberg. What’s more, we are happy to take your personal orders, from shortening pants to individual adjustments.

We are committed to protecting the environment, landscape and nature around our home base in Annaberg, Austria.

Too good to go

We find alternative uses for products that are okay but not perfect. Whether it’s a donation to a children’s home or delivery to the needy.

Sustainability in action

We are proud to have taken part in the Gaisberg Clean Up 2023, both as a sponsor and as an active participant. The aim of the event was to rid the Gaisberg (Salzburg) of rubbish and preserve the beauty of our natural environment.
